The staff at the front desk was amazing! Megan checked me in and was so personable and had a smile on her face. She recommended places to eat, and they were both yummy. Conner was amazing too! Very helpful and a well-mannered young man. These two are great at customer service and good employees!

My husband, myself, and our 2 shi tzus were moving cross-country. This hotel and location were perfect after 8 hours of driving. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and checkin/checkout were very fast and easy. Breakfast was great. Times available were good and the options were pretty good. The soap and shampoo/conditioner were also better than expected. I liked the small shopping/restaurant area where the hotel was. There were sidewalks with grass where we could walk our dogs and get a little exercise ourselves.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and sitting area. I don’t recall asking for a quiet room - regardless it was pretty quiet other than some screaming kids but that’s not a big issue for me. Staff was super nice and easy and check in was quick and painless!

Manager made us fresh decaf when we arrived at 9pm since the pot was almost empty. Doggie poop bag dispenser outside was empty, but the manager refilled it right away. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was pretty good. Cinnamon waffle mix option was a nice touch. Whole wheat bread would have been nice, instead of white. You could tell the scrambled eggs weren't made from fresh eggs, but I still ate them. Bacon was good. Room was clean. I really appreciated having vinyl floor instead of carpet since who had our dog. I didn't have to worry about prior dog pee in the carpet that might tempt my dog to go.

I requested one room for my nephew, staying with us for two nights and a reservation made for ONE room, TWO nights, at the COMFORT INN AND SUITES, ON NEFF AVE., HARRISONBURG,VA. A mistake has been made! instead of TWO NIGHTS, I was booked for TWO ROOMS. This needs to be corrected and the $150.56 needs to be returned to my credit card-- DISCOVER CARD, for overpayment for an extra room. The Mgr. @ the hotel said that this must be corrected by you, the hotel cannot do that. This mistake must be corrected immediately. If I am overcharged I will not deal with BOOKING.COM, or this hotel again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The DISCOVER CARD is in the name of DONALD R. TRIPP. The hotel has the booking information and the receipt. The guest was ARTHUR AKERS SWAYZE.The dates of the bookings were August 9 & August 10, 2023. Please correct this important matter,immediately. Clean spacious room. Small fridge and microwave. Quiet in the evening. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple, nothing amazing but good. Parking was easy. I would stay again.

Breakfast was excellent. We had a very nice assortment of breakfast foods. It was the best breakfast we have had compared to other hotels that offered "breakfast included". Entire hotel was extremely clean. Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and super clean. Location was excellent. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was very personable and friendly. Overall we had a great experience here!

The location was good and close to several restaurants. We really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant nearby - Sushi Jako. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I checked in online and only had to pick up the room keycards at the desk. Very efficient.

Breakfast was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Bacon was cooked perfectly! Ice machines on 1st & 3rd floors were easily accessible, flowed nicely and seemed full every time I used them. Staff was always friendly and courteous from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our room & the bathroom both were spacious, the beds were comfy and I was happy they had a fridge for my insulin and our leftovers. The hotel was very tidy, clean and decorated festively for Valentine’s Day with cute pillows and such. Loved that check out wasn’t until 11:00. BONUS: GREAT location, right across from ‘my’ happy place…Costco! 😂

This hotel was exceptionally clean. Our room, including the bathroom, was spotless. Cleanest hotel room we've stayed in. The lobby and grounds were also clean, neat and welcoming. Overall, a very well maintained facility. Staff was professional and accommodating. Delicious coffee!
